ghd Gold Max Styler
The ghd Gold Max Styler is designed for styling and straightening very long, or thick hair and is the upgrade to the IV Salon Styler.
The Max Styler features 2 inch plates which allow you to straighten (or curl) larger sections of hair at a time than the gold classic styler, thereby reducing styling time. See our guide to curling hair with ghd for tips on creating beautiful ghd curls.
As part of ghd's gold Styler range, the Max has advanced ceramic technology with rapid heat up to top temperature of 175 - 185 degrees.
The rounded barrel means the Gold Max can be used for curling hair just as easily as straightening. The larger plates are perfect for creating loose curls.
As with all ghd Stylers the Max is covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
The max Styler is also great for styling afro-caribbean hair.

Better than the salon styler
I got one of these at Christmas as a present and they are definitely better than the old salon stylers. Seem to glide through the hair a lot better and as always produce great results when either styling or straightening.
